Christopher Raoul Carranza had
suffered chronic night terror attacks since infancy,
but despite professional help, was unable to find
effective relief. He has devoted the past twenty
years to conducting his own exploration of the condition,
analyzing data from researchers around the world
and developing his own program of treatment. The
results of Mr. Carranza's research have been nothing
short of amazing. One significant benefit is that
his last few years have been totally free of night
terrors for the first time in his life. Mr. Carranza
writes extensively on night terrors and conducts
seminars on the disorder along with Dr. Dill. He
lives in Orange County, California with his 3 children.
Jane Rogers Dill, Ph.D., L.M.F.T., D.A.P.A.,
holds a Bachelor's degree in sociology and religion,
a Master's degree in psychology, and a Doctorate
in education, curriculum, and instruction. For the
past twenty-four years, she has been in private
practice in California as a marriage, family, and
child therapist. Additionally, Dr. Dill has spent
thirty years as a high school teacher, twenty years
as an adjunct instructor on the subjects of marriage,
the family, and human sexuality, and six years as
a health trauma consultant. She is the recipient
of many awards, including the President's Award
of the California Council on Family Relations. She
lives in California's San Bernardino Mountains near
her children and grandchildren.
